We had an excellent stay in this hotel. Best aspects of our stay include helpful and friendly staff, a convenient location near the bus stop, free parking, and delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the facilities available, including the restaurant and bar. Lastly, this city has a plethora of authentic restaurants to choose from.
There was nothing we didn't like.

During our stay, we had a wonderful time exploring the area thanks to the hotel's excellent location near the bus stop. We also loved the authentic Austrian restaurants in the vicinity, which were a great way to immerse ourselves in the culture. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty and filling, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the modern amenities such as billiards, ping-pong table, and darts.

This hotel was a delightful holiday in a spectacular setting. The room at the back was comfortable and quiet with a lovely view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very near the bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy authentic Austrian restaurants in Maurach.

Stunning view from the room balcony and convenient location for skiing and visiting the lake. There were plenty of family-friendly amenities to choose from.
The breakfast lacked variety and did not meet our expectations. We were disappointed to find that there were no vegetarian/vegan options for dinner and the sauna was too small for comfort.

The hotel’s location was great, just a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop and close to stunning walks in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items and the coffee was excellent.
There were some negatives during our stay. The noise from the street was pretty constant, and it was difficult to sleep at night.
